Ramsey County, MN Monitors Public Safety Threats Amidst Political Demonstrations.

Monitoring over 500,000 residents within their jurisdiction, including major surrounding areas, Ramsey County Emergency Management and Homeland Security department (RCEMHS) needed a way to effectively improve their real-time situational awareness during a time of significant increases in civil unrest and public health threats.
